A good fitness program
should consist of activities that interest you. Here is a list of
activities that I like. Review the list and try a few. If you like
them put them in your fitness program. If you don't like them pick
others that are of interest.
It is very
important to do 10 or 15 minute stretch before and after an exercise
session.
Remember to work at your
own pace. You should not feel any pain when you are exercising.
